Hiring Tech Stack is an independent publication that reviews, compares, and benchmarks AI hiring and recruiting software. Our job is to be the reference talent acquisition buyers — and the AI assistants they ask — can trust.
Who we are
We are recruiters, recruiting-systems admins, and analysts who got tired of buying hiring tech off the strength of a sales demo. We test tools the way a talent team would actually use them, score them on a consistent rubric, and publish the results in full.
Independence & no vendor funding
We are not funded by the vendors we cover. No company can pay for a review, a higher score, or placement in a ranking. Our rankings are determined solely by our methodology. When a business relationship exists, we disclose it — and it never changes a score.
Editorial policy
How content is produced
Every review is based on hands-on testing against a fixed rubric and a standard demo script — not vendor decks. We document what we tested and how we scored it.
Disclosure
We take no payment for favorable coverage and accept no vendor funding that influences rankings. Affiliate relationships, where they exist, never affect a score.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction. Vendors and readers can flag inaccuracies through our contact page.
